The idea of Coach’s Neighborhood Grill, all began while on a family vacation in Pigeon Forge, TN.
William and Stacey were having dinner one night at a national fast causal burger franchise restaurant.
When while eating a burger (that was just okay) they thought, why not create a restaurant in small communities that provide the locals a place to call their own and serve the best affordable burgers in town!
So, William and Stacey went to work on making their dream come true.
They merged William’s entrepreneur spirit, with 20 years plus experience in the restaurant industry along with Stacey’s sports and coaching career.
Together their talents provided the perfect recipe for a successful venture in the creation of Coach’s Neighborhood Grill.
In 2008, this dynamic couple took a leap of faith and opened the first Coach’s, located in Asheboro, NC.
Since then, William and Stacey have opened a total of seven very successful Coach’s locations. Together the Hodge family have cultivated the development and success of the Coach’s brand since it’s conception.
The founders, William and Stacey understand the importance of having a great “Team in place”, this is a critical component to the growth and success of Coach’s.
They realized for Coach’s to be in every small town it could only happen through franchising. The Coach’s unique business model is designed to utilize second-generation locations.
This concept lowers the cost and adds the potential for more candidates to own a Coach’s Neighborhood Grill. An opportunity to live the American dream of owning your own business!
